A look back…

Knoxville: Summer of 1915

Collaboration is one of my favorite aspects of this career. Growing up with two artists of disciplines, combining them has always excited me. For my senior recital in 2019, I wanted to make sure larger collaborations were a big part of my final showcase at the University of Maryland. I recruited my fellow students and created a chamber orchestra with a conductor. I asked my mom, Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, to choreograph a solo piece on herself to underscore James Agee’s text. Though I have grown so much since then, I am so proud of the art we created together. I am so happy to share it with you here.
